Thought I'd take a moment to point out a nice Dead blog -
http://moderndeadhead.blogspot.com/

It's been around for a couple years, though the posts are becoming very infrequent lately...
I've seen a lot of promising Dead-review blogs start up and then die after a few posts when the writer lost interest. So this is one of the better ones out there.

Generally this writer takes a tour and gives some historical background on it, along with a few musical highlights. Usually there's a bit more history than music description in his posts - the last tour he did was Nov/Dec '73, and it's an interesting writeup; he covers a wide range of Dead runs (including the '90s) and also Furthur etc, so there's variety, and I think it's all pretty well-done.

Like his writing. Just finished his Nov '73 blog and dig it. Bookmarked it put next to yours. Thanks a lot. When is your book of Dead coming out? You could release three in which you cover ten different year spans of the Dead. Call it "The Complete Dead, Edition 1 '65 to '75".
